Shipping

Orders are usually processed within 2 business days on weekdays, excluding holidays. Express orders placed on weekends will be shipped on Monday.

Orders are processed and shipped from Portland, Oregon using sustainable paper packaging and envelopes. Unless due to a special order direct from the designer or company.
Availability of products is not guaranteed. If you have ordered an item that is not available or that is delayed, we will notify you via email or telephone.

For all shipments within the U.S., buyer is given the option of USPS priority or express with required signature service unless otherwise instructed. UPS is also an option. Buyer will receive a shipment confirmation email with the shipping tracking number. (if you don't receive it, please check your junk mail) Please use your tracking number to follow the delivery.

If you would like your order shipped via any other carrier, please let us know.

If you request no-signature or insurance, Una is not responsible in case of loss, theft or damage. 

We are not responsible for delays in shipping or delivery due to uncontrollable events and/or holidays

Taxes and Duties

International orders will be shipped UPS or USPS International Economy. We are unable to provide guaranteed delivery dates for these packages, and are not responsible for any delays once the package leaves the shop.

For international orders, a customs duty, tax or VAT may be charged to the customer depending upon the country in which you reside. Una is not responsible for payment of this duty, tax or VAT.
