Policies & Frequently Asked Questions


Our store accepts payment in the form of Visa, American Express, Master Card, and Discover or gift certificate. Your card will not be charged until the order has been filled online. 


Orders are usually processed within 2 business days on weekdays, excluding holidays. Express orders placed on weekends will be shipped on Monday.

Orders are processed and shipped from Portland, Oregon. Unless due to a special order direct from the designer or company.
Availability of products is not guaranteed. If you have ordered an item that is not available or that is delayed, we will notify you via email or telephone.

For all shipments within the U.S., buyer is given the option of USPS priority or express with required signature service unless otherwise instructed. Buyer will receive a shipment confirmation email with the shipping tracking number.

If you would like your order shipped via any other carrier, please let us know.

If you request no signature or insurance, Una is not responsible in case of theft or damage. 

Taxes and Duties

International orders will be shipped USPS International Economy. Expected arrival date for international orders is approximately 5-10 days from the order date.

Buyer will receive a shipment confirmation email with the shipping tracking number.

For international orders, a customs duty and/or tax may be charged to you depending upon the country in which you reside. Una is not responsible for payment of this duty or tax.

 In Store Return Policy

Merchandise in saleable condition with all original tags attached may be exchanged or receive store credit within 7 days of purchase when accompanied by the original sales receipt.  

Store credit is valid for one year from the issue date.

We do not give refunds or price adjustments. All sales final on sale merchandise, off-site sales, markdowns, swimwear, lingerie, gift certificates, paper goods, beauty products and fragrance. 

We have the right to deny exchanges or store credit if the merchandise returned does not meet our return policy requirements.

Returns on Special Orders:
All special orders and items made to order are non-refundable.
A 50% deposit is required when placing a special order and is non-refundable.

Online Return Policy

We are glad to exchange or issue store credit for any full price, unworn, unwashed merchandise within 10 days of receipt of your on-line purchase. After 10 days, all sales are FINAL.

Store credit is valid for one year from the issue date.

All sales final on sale merchandise, markdowns, jewelry, swimwear, lingerie, paper goods, gift certificates, beauty products and fragrance. Thank you for understanding.

No price adjustments.

Please email orders@unanegozio.com for a Return Authorization code before returning or exchanging items. We cannot issue exchanges for items returned without a Return Authorization code. Customer is responsible for any return shipping costs. Una is not responsible for return shipping costs nor duty or tax reimbursement in the case of international purchases.

Please note that we do not accept liability for shipping loss or damage of returned goods.

We will process your return as soon as possible but please allow up to 14 days for your refund to be processed and up to two billing cycles for the return to appear on your credit card.

We have the right to deny refunds if the merchandise returned does not meet our return policy requirements.

Special Orders

On occasion we are able to special order a specific piece for you from your favorite designer. We require a 50% non-refundable deposit with the remainder due upon receipt. Store credit and gift certificates may not be used for a special order. If you are interested, please reach out and ask. 

Gift Certificates

Online gift certificates are for use online only. At this time, we cannot honor any online credit at the Ankeny St. location. All in-store gift certificates are for use in our Ankeny St. location only, and cannot be honored through the online store.


Una carries a curated mix of clothing, jewelry and housewares from an international roster of designers, sizing and fit may differ. In regards to fit, please don't hesitate to e-mail or call us with questions at info@unanegozio.com

We respect your privacy. Any and all information collected on this site will be kept strictly confidential and will not be sold or disclosed to third parties or reused without your permission. Any information you give to us will be safely cared for and will be used only for the purpose of filling your online order.
