Domestic Orders-
We are happy to exchange or issue store credit for any full price, unworn, unwashed merchandise within 7 days of receipt of your on-line purchase.
Kindly note, there are no refunds.
After 7 days, all sales are FINAL.
Store credit is valid for one year from the issue date.
Sale merchandise, discounted merchandise are final sale. Jewelry, gift certificates, beauty products and fragrance are final sale. Thank you for understanding.
No price adjustments.
Please call or email orders@unanegozio.com for a Return Authorization code before returning/exchanging items.
Also please let us know if there is another item that you have your eye on so that we can set it aside for you in exchange. The customer is responsible for any return shipping costs- Una is not responsible for return shipping costs nor duty or tax reimbursement in the case of international purchases. Please note that we do not accept liability for shipping loss or damage of returned goods.
