Dotted cut jacquard with Azumadaki's unique uneven texture.
The fabric is processed by "Azumadaki". It refers to a dyeing technique that revives the Edo period method of dyeing fabric called "kama-ire".
The word "Azuma" means Tokyo. And "daki" refers to the cooking process.
Dyeing by slowly rubbing in a small amount in a small pot creates a soft texture with the natural fullness.
