Sound Dress

Short sleeved ribbed dress with a round ribbed mock neck, sheer bodice, varied ribbed panels in black and blue, and a panel with text under the bodice. The skirt is a textured brocade in blue and black pattern with frayed edges, and a bottom panel with shaggy black fringe on sheer fabric.
