Mud Painted Work Pant
Very beautiful Dorozome Brown cotton pants. This fabric is produced in a centuries old process of mud-dyeing... a bolt of fabric is dyed with native yam, laid in the rice fields and painted with mud. The fabric is left in the elements to dry and oxidize, leaving a rich color that shows all the way through the fabric, although lighter on one side. Horn button. Zipper fly. Side slit pocket and 2 back patch pockets. Hand wash cold. Dry flat.
This garment will fade and develop character and creases with wear.
Handmade for Una in Japan.
Unisex Fit: Measured flat: size 1/ size 2
